Kyle also has a wide range of experience litigating cases in federal, state, and appellate courts, including personal injury litigation, complex business and commercial disputes, pursuing actions to collect on promissory notes, guaranties, and other evidence of indebtedness, and landlord-tenant disputes. Kyle also has experience in the coordination and management of discovery in complex, document-intensive matters, including electronic discovery. Kyle also served as Deputy General Counsel to a full-service law firm in Atlanta, where he was an equity partner.
Kyle was raised in the Atlanta area and received his J.D. from the University of Louisville’s Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, where he was vice president of the Moot Court Board. He received a B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia. Kyle currently resides in Marietta, GA with his wife, Natalie, and children, William and Ansley. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, golf, swimming, and traveling.
